Returns and Exchanges

At Notebookacadapter.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Notebookacadapter.com within 30 days of receipt of item(s).
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may (after obtaining a Return Authorization Number), exchange or return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of receipt
(Less Shipping & Handling Charges. 15% Restocking fees apply). All returned merchandise must be free from damage of any kind, and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials,
warranty cards, manuals, accessories, UPC label intact, and any other included materials.

All returns will be subject to a 15 percent restocking fee for all non-defective opened merchandise.
If you ordered an item that has Free shipping you will be charged the full shipping amount.
If the return does not include all original parts, accessories, is missing the UPC label, or is not double boxed, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the missing materials.
Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

All Returns/Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
Returns without RMA#s will not be accepted and will be refused.
To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must contact Customer Service. 
All Returns/Exchanges must be double boxed (manufacturer’s box must be inside of another box designed for shipping) with the RMA # written clearly on the outer box accompanied by a note explaining why the product is being returned in the original merchandise box.
There are NO refunds on Special Ordered Products. 

Please Note:  All Returns must be authorized by Notebookacadapter.com. Any returned item that does not have expressed authorization from us will be refused.

How to return or exchange an item:

    * In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    * To request an RMA number online click here .
    * RMA numbers have to be obtained by using the RMA form, or by emailing our Customer Service Dept., at service(at)notebookacadapter.com. Please replace the (at) with @ .
    * Place the original package into a shipping carton.
    * Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
    * Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
    * The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
    * Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    * Send pre-authorized returns to our Returns Dept. address that the person issuing the RMA number gives you.
  
Rules:

    * All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and or all accessories.
    * Notebookacadapter.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
    * Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
    * RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
    * Notebookacadapter.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
